Business Contracts and Terms & Conditions (Blairgowrie & Rattray)

This session, with Alan Garratt, is aimed at raising awareness of the types and reasons for the contracts which apply within or to any business large small, or the self employed. For example Terms and Conditions for your website; conditions of purchase and conditions of sale.

 We’ll cover

·   the areas of the business where contracts apply      and their impact on the business

·  an overview and discussion of what they are, their importance and impact

·   how you might develop them yourself or where to go for help.

This session is not about the legal detail of all these contracts rather an opportunity to find out for yourself what you should have and what can happen if you do not have this form of protection.
