There's a financial theme to our XChange networking event this month. We'll be launching the exciting new Griffin & Calliachar Enterprise Fund, which will provide micro-grants to businesses in Highland Perthshire. And we'll also hear from Rekha Welsh about a new microfinance fund, DSL Finance, and how to run a successful crowdfunding campaign from Flora Shedden from The Aran Bakery.

A former Great British Bake Off contestant, Flora Shedden is in the process of setting up her own bakery in Dunkeld, The Aran Bakery. Flora ran a very successful crowd funding campaign to fund structural work on the building and successfully exceeded her target. She also works as a radio presenter for the BBC, and a food columnist for a national newspaper.
We will also hear from Stuart Brown of Barclays Bank. Stuart is Head of banking for Small and Medium Enterprise Companies in Scotland & Northern Ireland for Barclays. Regional Director of Corporate Finance function, leading the Barclays Aberdeen team and now Head of SME Banking he has experienced and assisted many companies with their growth ambitions as well as ensuring support in challenging times. He strongly believes in a strong personal relationship between banker and client with investment of time to wholly understand the relevant and help them to capitalise on their opportunities.
