Women's Enterprise Network - Eastern Perthshire

** Please note Change of Venue to The Dome Cafe, 20 Leslie Street, Blairgowrie.**

We’ll be joined at our October Women’s Enterprise Network in Blairgowrie by Caroline Townsend – founder of Mandarina Shoes.

Based near Forfar, Mandarina started in 2004 and specialises in creating classic footwear out of unique and original fabrics sourced from all over the world. Caroline’s design studio and mailing room is a converted gardener’s bothy – so she can commute out of her kitchen door down the garden path!

Her shoes are individually hand-made in a family-run factory in Vietnam. The range of footwear includes ballet pumps, kitten heels, long boots and mules, available in a wide range of colours and fabrics – such as Harris Tweed, velvet, richly coloured suedes, Liberty lawns, toiles, linens and silk brocades.

We’re looking forward to hearing more about Caroline’s business journey – and she will be bringing some of her beautiful shoes and boots with her!
