What we offer
GrowBiz has been delivering award-winning, innovative community-based support to self-employed people, small businesses and social enterprises for over sixteen years. We support those working in the care and wellbeing sector with the wide variety of GrowBiz support services available and also through the specific Care & Wellbeing services below:
Care & Wellbeing Peer Support Group (C&W PSG)
Our peer support group is a space for people working in the care & wellbeing sector to connect, support and learn from each other. The group have exclusive access to an online forum space as well as sector specific learning and networking opportunities. The group is free to join and includes a listing in the Care & Wellbeing directory.

Care & Support in Rural Areas
GrowBiz is working with local authorities, communities, care providers and others to extend and develop the options available for those requiring care and support in rural Scotland. GrowBiz activity includes:
Supporting self-employed carers and personal assistants based in rural areas to provide high quality services that meet the needs of their clients
Helping to build the network of personal assistants in rural areas
Working in partnership with local organisations to develop innovative community care options
Delivering outreach sessions to promote self-employed opportunities in the care sector
Developing the diversity and availability of ‘option 1’ services available for those receiving Self-directed Support (SDS) direct payments

Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP®)
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) is both a training programme and a personal plan to overcome challenges and support wellbeing. It is practical and useful in everyday life. GrowBiz are working closely with local communities to deliver high quality, accredited 2-day WRAP® mental health and wellbeing workshops in Scotland.
