About the GrowBiz Mentoring programme
The programme is accredited by the Scottish Mentoring Network (SMN) and is considered a standard of best practice in the mentoring field.
It’s different from other mentoring programmes in being the only business mentoring programme in Scotland to have achieved the SMN Quality Standard, which we have held since 2018, and in the levels of tailored and personalised support available.
Clair, our Mentoring Manager, is an award-winning mentor recognised by the SMN and she was also awarded Mentor of the Year at the Business Women Scotland/Women’s Enterprise Scotland Awards 2017.
