What are the benefits of your service?

I work with clients who wish to make a change in their lives. Many of my clients have beliefs and behaviours that no longer serve them, often created as a result of earlier stress and trauma experiences.
I help clients identify the link and together we reset the trauma experience, the beliefs and emotions surrounding it. Also, and equally importantly i work with the client to regulate the nervous system, often dysregulated as a result of stress or trauma. A dysregulated nervous system is a major cause of illness and working with the emotional / mental and physical effects of stress or trauma allows the person to heal and live the change they desire.
