If we're lucky we'll be enjoying lots of blue skies this summer either here in Scotland or elsewhere.  Before you get in your car to head on your trip or to catch your flight think about this. In a car we have a huge windscreen and a small rear view mirror.

Sometimes as business owners we reverse this relationship and spend more time looking at where we've been rather than focusing on where we're going. That's why we need some blue sky thinking.
