During this session we’ll help you to figure out the ins and outs of working with a cashflow forecast and how it can help you manage your projected income and expenditure over a given period of time.

This is a critical area for most small businesses. Knowing your numbers can really help you to plan how your business runs and grows.

We’ll look at a variety of things that can help you such as:

• Tracking income and expenditure

• Understanding your spend

• Understanding the effect of payment terms

• Planning ahead and contingency

This session will be led by GrowBiz Enterprise Facilitator Karen Martin. Karen runs her own hospitality business and is also Chair of the Grantown Business Association.
