Getting Confident Talking About Money With Your Clients

Join us for an online session looking at how to make financial transactions easier for you and your customers.

Small business owners and solopreneurs are generally not good at talking about money with their clients. This can become a challenge if most of your service based business transactions take place online where you don’t meet clients face to face.

During this learning session we’ll look at:

  • how to take customer deposits or payments before you start to deliver a piece of work

  • what payment methods you could use so you get paid

  • how you can use a booking or calendar system to book clients in and take payments

  • helping you to get clear about your process so you can communicate this effectively and get more bookings

  • clearly understand why you need simple terms and conditions for you and your customers’ peace of mind

Join GrowBiz’s Mentoring Manager Clair Smith who runs her own consultancy business and Enterprise Facilitator Alison Finlay who runs her own service business with widespread clients.
