GrowBiz are delighted to have Gillian Fleming join us for the first WEN of 2022. Gillian is the co-founder and CEO of Mint Ventures; as well as being an advocate for women in business, she has been nurturing and advising start-up businesses for 20 years.

Mint Ventures is a women-led business angel investment club and network; they offer a fresh approach to investing by providing Social, Human and Economic (SHE) Capital for women entrepreneurs and companies with women in leadership positions. 

The GrowBiz Women's Enterprise Network events are designed to support women starting, running or growing a business in rural Scotland or even for those who are thinking about it. This is an informal and friendly community of woman sharing insight and support.

GrowBiz provide enterprise support to businesses, enterprises and the self-employed in rural Scotland (i.e. out with cities)- please only a book a place if you are based in rural Scotland.
