Dr Sally Gouldstone, based in Mid Lothian, runs Seilich (pronounced ‘Shay-lich’) which uses flowers from her wildflower meadow to create natural cosmetic products. She runs a sustainable business that endeavours to leave nature in a better place than when it started. She has also recently been shortlisted for a RSPB Nature of Scotland Business Award 2021.

Charlotte Blackler, founder of Herb Majesty, is a scientist and herbologist who farms truly 'free range' and pasture grazed meat. She uses medicinal and culinary herbs and gathered seaweed, fruits and berries from the countryside to enhance the diets of her animals; which feed not only her family but Michelin Starred chefs.

This will be an informal lunchtime catch-up with our community of women in rural business hosted by our CEO Jackie Brierton.
