Parental Employer Recruitment Incentive

This incentive offers businesses in Perth and Kinross funding to recruit parents facing barriers to employment, providing employers with 50% of wage costs up to £4,500 claimable.

Employers are required to offer a newly created post for at least 26 weeks to qualify, with the ultimate aim of the individual being kept on in a permanent role.

Up to £1,000 can also be accessed by means of an UpSkill Training Grant to fund additional costs.
