Perth and Kinross Business Partnership New Hub Survey

GrowBiz is a founder member of the Perth and Kinross Business Partnership, and the Partnership is investigating the potential for a new hub at the former RBS premises at 131 South Street in Perth as part of its vision to make our area a better place to do business. There are various hub models in operation in different parts of the UK and we are keen to explore the type of hub and facilities which stakeholders in our region would value most.

Options include an enterprise hub (offering leased hot desks, fixed desks, meeting rooms, and boardrooms to a range of businesses, from startups to larger entities), an employability hub (bringing employability services by various agencies together in a central location), a community hub (with leased space beyond regular hours, including at weekends) or some mix of these models.
