GrowBiz and FSB to provide funding information to rural businesses.
Rural enterprise support organisation, GrowBiz, is delighted to welcome David Groundwater from the Federation of Small Businesses at its XChange networking event on Thursday 25 February,18:00 – 20:00.
At the event, David will be outlining some of the financial assistance currently available to rural businesses and how, when and where these can be accessed. It will also highlight the support available from GrowBiz.
David is the North East Scotland Development Manager for the FSB in Scotland – the country’s largest direct-member business organisation. The FSB Scotland campaigns for an economic and social environment which allows small businesses to grow and prosper.
With a comprehensive knowledge of government and public policy at both a local and national level, David works with FSB members in the area stretching from Moray and Aberdeenshire to Perth and Kinross.
GrowBiz CEO, Jackie Brierton, said, “At a time when so many small businesses are struggling, we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with the FSB to help rural enterprises find their way through the maze of grants and funding options which are available. It will also be an opportunity to meet other business owners from a range of different sectors.”
